Good quality cool box ,good size ,done my research on this and hasn't disappointed, purchased the white one ,quality metal bottle opener and lock plate on the opposite side ,slide proof rubber feet on bottom ideal in car,van,.boat etc ,strong rope handles on both sides ,can't wait to get camping now ,why oay more this is a quality coolbox ,and I received in just a week

I asked Monoprice UK a few questions about products and always got replies without having to wait long. Bought an item but forgot to use a voucher, was issued a refund for the voucher price 5 mins after sending an email. Had to return one item and was issued a full refund the following day. Once they get more of their US products over here, they'll continue to grow. Great customer service & products.

Great 3d printers(I have three of them) and the support is outstanding. I actually think this is the best costumer support I have ever been involved in. Including when I was working as costumer support(for a completely different company). And the filament is my favorite of all I have tested. The price makes you think it will be OK but not great, but it is really great. This company will do anything they can do tok make you satisfied. One of my printers broke after 20-30h and they fixed it in a great way.

I had a quality related issue with a pair of M1060C headphones. Customer Service was super quick to respond and put the problem right immediately. Such professional and speedy customer support is a rare thing in this day and age. Thank you Monoprice!!
