Misleading and false information on website. List of compatible car seats is outdated—the seats listed aren’t even available and haven’t been made in years. HORRENDOUS customer “service.”

Scammy company. They do not have clear return policies. We bought a stroller that is supposed to fit a 50lb toddler. Our child is 17 mos, 30 lbs, and her head is taller than the seat. She’s also average length/height. I told this to CS and they said they can do a partial refund as “gratitude” for making the purchase. Don’t waste your $$
