Order process and shipment was fast and easy. I got the M5 and pumping bra bundle. I love the M5, it doesn't have super strong suction but it's convenience is why I ordered it! I love that it came with a measuring tool and flange inserts in a variety of sizes. I do not like the pumping bra. It has a cushioned strap that I find uncomfortable, and it is very difficult to unhook so I can nurse. I have to use both hands to unhook and sometimes I'm already holding baby so it can be difficult to use as a nursing bra.

The app that syncs with the M9 is one of the best features. It keeps track of all my pumping sessions, and having that data is crucial for me to manage my supply, especially as I’m trying to increase it. It’s easy to use and has made staying consistent so much simpler. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size nipple shields, and when I reached out, they responded right away and resolved the issue quickly. Overall, I’m really happy with the M9, and it’s been a huge help on my breastfeeding journey!

NICU mama here and I wanted a bottle warmer similar to the waterless bottle warmers they use in the hospitals, and is the main reason I chose this one. I love the functions on this warmer where you can select whether you are warming up formula or breast milk, how many ounces and what temperature you would like.

Well fitting and comfortable but comes in waaaay too much plastic. I ordered a pack of 2 and it came in 3 plastic postal bags, 2 clear plastic bags and each had a plastic cup mold. As someone trying to reduce my plastic waste this is somewhat off-putting tbh, even though I like the actual product.
