Quality fabric and I received everything I ordered. It all fit well

I'd heard conflicting stories of people's experience with ModCloth, and admittedly the reviews here don't make them look great, but I decided to order anyways and I'm glad I did. I made the mistake of ordering just ahead of the Good Friday/Easter Monday civic holidays, so the package vanished from tracking for a bit, and seeing as I was in a bit of a time crunch as I am moving, I contacted customer service. Both the phone and email representatives I spoke with were very helpful, informed, and friendly. I was assured by the email representative that if the package disappeared or came too late and was returned, she would process a full refund immediately. While the skirt I got wasn't really the fabric I was expecting, I still love it and it fits perfectly and I'm more than satisfied with my experience, I'll definitely be back.

i ordered it 12-07-2021 I ordered a parcel over a month ago. Shipping labels were generated but the shipping company tells me the parcel has not been delivered to them yet.I have emailed customer service twice with no reply.I went to their official site of this company and I found this helpful info which .is and after a long chase, I got my amount back shipping details as well DO NOT BUY FROM THIS

Edit: After submitting this review I was given my refund and notified by text within 15 minutes. Still no answers to my calls or emails or chats. Items are mailed promptly and of good quality. No one answers the phone, I'm on hold for hours. I've sent 2 emails weeks ago and no replys. I tried to use the chat feature on the website but it says no one is available. I just wanted my return to be processed that I mailed back a month ago. Disappointed and wont be shopping here again.

Items are hit or miss, but delivery and customer service at least for me have always been good.
