Wado, the store manager of the Manchester shop, was so helpful, friendly and had such a pleasant customer approach. He went out of his way to make our experience a good one and even to the extent of personally delivering the leather chair we bought and carrying it for us to our flat nearby. We can't thank him enough for his customer care and he is an absolute credit to your company. Nia,too, was so pleasant and welcoming on our visits.
