My original review: The chillpill worked once, then died. Unfortunately, the device will not turn on or recharge. I'm out $60. What a waste. I received an email from the company. They asked me to do a couple of things including holding the on button for 2 seconds. This worked. My apologies to chillpill. It does work.

Ordered 2 Chill Pills for Xmas to help us sleep. After a few weeks, we can say: It works! No more insomnia and sleep is better quality. Have recommended to family with stress issues. Review lost a star due to the slow delivery. Finally threatened to dispute charge and got it next day.

At first, I was skeptical about this product especially when I receive it, I felt no pulse but when I emailed their support team they helped me troubleshoot the device. Finally I can now feel the pulse, you just need to moisturize your palm.

What an excellent idea! I want to assemble some advertising material and pretend to sell a product. Don't even need to send anything, just cash the checks and send responses to the complainers. This is totally great!
