Orderer ram for laptop,but wasnt compatible they had to send it twice but without any hesitation or excuses like other shops.Also their prices are competitive.Would recommend.

My first time writing a 5 star review for a company where I actually had to return an item as it wasn't what I needed. The customer service was absolutely excellent. They even paid for DPD to come and collect the speaker from my house. I will definitely be using this company again.

Excellent company, I ordered some £300 RAM about 2 years ago and forgot to buy the fast shipping option. I messaged them on chat and they upgraded me to next day no questions asked and didn't charge me a penny. A year later my RAM developed a fault and they exchanged it for me in just 2 weeks. Their online chat is super helpful too and seems to be open late.

I was looking for a durable, good value keyboard and mouse set for a computer that I am intending to sell. I found one on eBay but there was a contradiction on the listing. QWERTZ (US) Vs QWERTY (UK). Normally I would just keep looking for an alternative however I've had dealings in the past with the seller 'MemoryC' so I decided to message them on eBay for confirmation. I am delighted that I did message them as they replied to me really quickly and apologised for the confusion. They confirmed the correct details (UK Keyboard layout) and I placed my order. The next day I had the keyboard and mouse delivered by DPD.. so super quick delivery (which I was NOT charged for as the eBay listing was 'free delivery') and of course the keyboard was the correct UK layout. Thus I am so impressed with MemoryC I decided to leave this review. Not only were they super helpful, but they delivered correct and consise information, dispatched and delivered my item next day. If only other companies were as good (helpful, informative, quick delivery) as MemoryC. 5 stars and a "thank-you" from me!

Updated Review: I appreciate the response and clarification. My mom didn’t notice that the email specified it being a PayPal policy. They came back in stock shortly after they responded to my review, and was able to get it at basically the same price and it arrived quickly.
