Medi UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Fast service and the compression tights seem to be good quality, but they don't stay up therefore they can't do what they are supposed to do. Have tried to get a refund, but so far I've been told it's not possible because they have been worn (briefly before falling down). I have no experience with their other items and some customers seem happy, but not sure how they get these tights to stay up over the knees.

Ordered some items for a friend and UK Medi have sent 10 weeks worth not 12 and have sent 1 ml instead for 2.5 ml very disappointed as they have never let me down before I won't be using them again

I bought a knee brace from Medi Uk at £69. I’d say it’s at least as effective and way more comfortable than the Ossur brace I’ve been using which cost about £600. I emailed on a Sunday asking for advice on size and got a very helpful reply first thing Monday morning. The brace arrived the day after ordering. Nice to do business with a company like this.

I needed an item urgently in time for a trip. Customer service was responsive when I enquired about the status of my order and the item was dispatched super quickly. Very positive experience.

I would give zero if I could. I ordered a few items, received all except one. No information was provided. So I sent them an email, no reply. I phoned them the person who I spoke was so rude and arrogant. She had no listening skills, the way she spoke was patronising. Instead of listening my concern she just wanted to pass it to someone else. No apology or anything. I will not order from them again.
