I had written a less than complimentary review when my Meaco Zambesi Dehumidifier failed 2 months out of warranty. However, Meaco speedily resolved the problem by sending me a brand new appliance and refunded my £25 service fee. I do not think that I have had such superlative after sales service from any other company that I have dealt with. Well done Meaco!

Very efficient Customer Service. My unit stopped working (under Warranty) and Meaco responded quickly and effectively. They were easy to deal with, clear, and shipped a replacement, and return shipping was also made easy. Darren was a great help, patient and answered all my questions.

Absolutely first class customer service from this company when my dehumidifier developed a fault after more than 2 years of almost daily use. I called the service/repair dept and explained the problem and they immediately arranged for transit packaging to be sent to me which arrived the following day. My unit was picked up by DPD the next day (Friday). This service was free of charge. I then received an email on Monday afternoon telling me that my unit had been repaired, serviced and tested and would be returned to me as soon as possible. It arrived Wednesday lunchtime - unbelievable efficiency from Meaco! Exceptional company.

I had had my dehumidifier a year and a half before it developed an issue with the LCD display and operating buttons and eventually failed to work. I contacted Meaco by telephone, they then sent me an email with a returns label, DPD picked it up and it was repaired and back to me within a week. I am very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism throughout this experience.
