Third time I use the shop. Product received as it was promised within reasonable amount of time.

I ordered some switches and they arrived within a few days - unfortunately there was a single switch missing so I sent them an email to let them know. I didn't mind so much, I know these things happen, it was just slightly annoying. They responded immediately, and sent me a bunch of switches to make up for the missing switch. They really didn't have to - I would have accepted them adding a single switch to the next order I placed - but it was a very cool gesture. Great shop, with a great selection of keyboard-related products. And amazing customer service! Would recommend them very highly.

Maxgaming, as always, a really nice gaming related retailer! My shopping experience was fantastic! Even though it was my mistake for accidentally ordering the wrong item on the website, the customer service was super kind and very, very helpful to fix my problem! They fixed it by swapping the item to a different one (the one i wanted) I really recommend to order from them if you are from EU! 🙏
