Manscaped – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Excellent customer service. I bought a beard trimmer which I'm reasonably pleased with. During the purchase I didn't realise that there was a grooming subscription that was signed up for which was every 3 months a payment taken for selected items. I received these today and wondered why. Checked my bank and yes a payment had gone out. I was unaware so longed into manscaped to contact and found it. I cancelled it and emailed to request a refund and I would return the items. The form said it would be 48-72 hours for a response but I had a same day response, apology and refund confirmed and as a good will gesture allowed me to keep the items and not return. More than fair and I would definitely buy off them again (carefully checking i don't sign subscriptions of couse).

I originally purchased the premium package as a gift for my partner at the time, and he absolutely loved it—such a great brand! However, I hadn’t realized I was automatically enrolled in a replenishment subscription every three months. I only noticed when I saw £19 had been taken out. I reached out to customer service, and to my surprise, I received a response almost immediately from the kindest agent. They processed a full refund, even though the order hadn’t arrived yet. Since the original gift was for my ex-partner, I no longer needed the replenishments, but they still allowed the order to arrive as a token of appreciation. I’ve never had a company do something like this before, and even though I won’t be continuing with the replenishments, I truly appreciate the gesture. Fantastic customer service and a brand that genuinely cares. Thank you again!

Bestellung ist reibungslos verlaufen. Produkte scheinen sehr guten Eindruck zu haben. Produkte auch getestet und bin überzeugt. Btw von manchen die hier meinen unwissentlich ein Abo abonniert zu haben, scheinen wohl nicht zu gucken was sie bestellen. Dort steht extra deutlich eine Auswahl "mit Abo" oder "ohne Abo". Also insgesamt keine Abo Falle.

My experience with the customer service team was great! The delivery man left my parcel in a bad place and it was stolen. When i contacted manscaped they were right there to help!

Man muss sagen, dass die Produkte qualitativ sehr gut sind und ich damit auch zufrieden bin. Was mich jedoch maßlos schockiert, ist dass bei der Bestellung automatisch ein Abo für 24,99 Euro abgeschlossen wird! Ich habe dem nie zugestimmt und habe es erst bemerkt, als mir die 24,99 Euro von Paypal abgebucht wurden! Das ist meiner Meinung nach Abzocke und ein Grund dort nie wieder zu bestellen. Sehr schade! Das hätte das Unternehmen nicht nötig. Nachtrag vom 7.2.2025: Nach Absprache mit dem Support gab es eine sehr schnelle und problemlose Erstattung.
