The rtk antenna couldn't be updated has needed (first version from the kickstarter) to be used with the new Luba firmware. An exchange was sent quickly and even with some delays due to the change form of the plug socket between the generation, an adapter has been sent right away.

I'm writing this review after someone decided to judge this company based off only negative reviews. My Yuka 1500 is my first robot mower. The app is very easy to navigate and setup was intuitive. I did my research and determined the best location for the rtk antenna before purchasing. I didn't need to touch a lawn mower once all summer. I haven't had one issue. I can't recommend this enough.

My Luba 2 5000 has been amazing. I've had it for 6 months and it is a life-saver! My 4000m² (1 acre) yard is steep, about 30+ degrees at the front, and uneven. It tackles it no problem. The App is sometimes a bit glitchy and doesn't connect remotely, but that doesn't affect the mowing. And I need to remove the cutting discs occasionally to clear out, but that takes 5min and is part of the maintenance. It has saved me countless hours with how quickly the grass grows here in summer.

This week we had quite a storm, and I noticed yesterday that the RTK base station on the Luba 1 had broken off and was only hanging by the cable. When I disconnected the cable yesterday, I noticed that the antenna had filled with water. I reported this to customer service. They took immediate action, and a week later I had a new RTK base station with updated software.
