Mailbox Forwarding – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

We use to love Mailbox Forwarding and recommended it to everyone. We've been a customer for over 8 years. Then we had issues with a card. We needed to update the card and repeatedly got an error on the site. We sent in a support ticket over two months ago to try and fix the issue — no response. We attempted to follow-up — no response. Our multiple businesses rely on our MailboxForwarding.com addresses. Totally unacceptable.

When their main job is receive and forward mail, they practically fail at it. Failed forwarding, lost mail (even though it shows scanned in their system). Significant delays in processing, and mail handling. Absolutely not worth the headache. We had used them for over 3 years and finally closed our account.

This was a great company in 2010. In the last few years the quality of service started to decline, as well as the customer support. I started getting mistakenly charged, and help requests went unanswered. I migrated to another virtual mailbox.

They have been very helpful in resolving issues, I've appreciated the service over the years.

Their service is good, but there is better. It is particularly frustrating that there is no customer service phone number one can call or even an email address. You open a ticket and send a message and have to write back and forth, so something that could be resolved via a 5 minute phone call could take days of exchanging messages (it´s not always an opportune time to open the message, read it, and reply). But they no longer offer their service at the address I need, so it´s a moot point. I found the company who does, and the first thing I do is find a number and speak to someone on site. Amazing!!!! Also, Mailbox Forwarding did not open the mail at the location. They would receive it and then send it all to their Grandville, Michigan location where they would scan it, so it could be a week between the time something arrived at my address and the time I was notified about it. Mail isn´t for urgent matters, so there´s nothing that I couldn´t afford to wait a week to read and respond, so, again, not bad, but there is better service out there. I´m happily finding that out now. In short, I was satisfied with Mailbox Forwarding but am looking forward to the next chapter.
