Bought the top not in platinum, these are not platinum ! They are yellow. Platinum is silver not yellow. So disappointed, the pic on the site is not yellow, it’s platinum, so was surprised when I opened up the packages

I wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased. Many people had the same experience I did. I ordered two of their products, got a tracking number, and the product never moved out of Florida. After contacting them about five times, they finally sent out a color that didn’t match. I returned the mis matched items as requested. Then they never refunded my money or replaced the items. They just kept telling me they had never received them. Now I am out the $60 that I spent for the products plus my time effort and money shipping the mismatched products back.

I love the braids that I received! They are the perfect match to my hair! They are great quality and stay in my hair perfectly!

I have to say that I had a great experience with Madison Braids. First I got the wrong color sent by them in error. I let them know and they immediately sent the correct color and told me to keep the other for free (perfectly matches my daughters hair!) My husband really liked the look! Shipping was quick and the quality seems good so far!
