Because ı paid 570 sterlin and it is big amount for me I have order but all comments is negative What can ı do? Tout était parfait.Livraison dans des délais corrects, produit conforme aux attentes , très bel article. La cerise sur le gâteau : chronopost est informé de la livraison par DPD (DPD étant une compagnie horrible ,où les articles sont régulièrement volés),ce qui représente une sécurité pour l'acheteur.

I was really worried about my order having read all the negative reviews. However my order arrived quite quick, very well packed and in perfect condition. Thank you!

I too expected the worst, but it all worked perfectly well. The reason I won’t give 5 stars is that the customer service response is poor, both by email and phone. But it all came together and on time. I didn’t expect it. As a postscript, the company promised a 10% refund and that arrived today (2 Feb). My overall conclusion is that this is a disorganised rather than dishonest supplier. But I wouldn’t use again for that reason unless they sold something unavailable elsewhere.
