A straightforward and hassle-free process. Once my MacBook Air had been received by Macback I got a very quick confirmation of the grade and value of my device, which matched the quote I had been given, and I received payment later the same day. I like also that they use DPD for collections as you get a one hour time slot and I find them very reliable. Would use again in future.

Honest, Great service and will definitley use again. I sold an iMac with no packaging and it was great that they sent me secure packaging via DPD the next day for it to be collected. Despite my iMac having problems that I was unaware of and a subsequent reduction in price, I was clearly shown the problems which I appreciated and accepted. They were kind enough to offer additional as a gesture of goodwill which was more than fair. Quick, easy and stress free service!
