I had an issue with a delivery which had been ongoing for a few weeks as my address could not be located. I totally lost my trust with Lyreco until speaking with some of the friendly staff in Customer Services which have restored a lot of my faith in the company. You know what they say there are good staff and then there is great staff. I spoke to Georgia who stood out to me as someone who enjoys working for Lyreco and knows her job role well she communicated with me every step of the way what she was going to do and how it was going to be done she did not make any guarantees but she more than delivered and my issue was finally resolved thanks to her insistence to get it right. I was considering going back to Viking and Amazon but now I'm happy to continue doing business with Lyreco for my staple office supplies all of the staff are so polite and great to talk with as conversation never feels scripted. Thank you Lyreco

we have regular deliveries from these guys. Always deliver quickly, driver is always so helpful and pleasant. always receive an e-mail to say it's been delivered, so if I don't see it arrive at least I know it's on site somewhere. good product range. Fully recommend
