I love their shampoo and conditioner. It makes my curls so soft

Suits me perfectly. I have wavy hair and skin condition. I react to regular shampoos and conditioners. I have been using this system now for almost a year and I haven't reacted once. My hair feels great. I love the smell. It's a bit pricy, but otherwise, no issues.

I’m so surprised that this company is receiving such bad reviews. I’ve been using LUS for about two years and it’s been the only product that truly brought my curls back to life. I used to straighten my hair all the time (10+ years) because I didn’t like my curls. I was on a mission to find a product that gives my curls more definition and this has been it. I don’t use a diffuser at all and just use the towel they sell on their site and in the morning my curls just need a bit of water from their water most bottle to refresh along with their oil and that’s it. I know the steps are a lot when it’s wash day but when you have curly hair it requires a lot of love no matter how good your curls are. I can’t say much about their customer service because I’ve never needed to reach out but their products saved my hair. I now rock my hair more curly than ever before.

The best way to make the product work well is for your hair to be damp when you apply the serum. You can’t have towel dried hair it won’t give you the same affect. I’ve used this product for years now and I always get compliments on my curls. I’m surprised to see all the bad reviews. My best friends who have even curlier hair than me are the ones who referred me to this brand as they also swear by this product line.
