Wrong item sent to me. I sent it back straight away. Took a week to respond that it had been received. Chasing my refund and told they need to ‘unpack and quality check the order’. Seriously? Customer service is non existent. Finishing your replies with warm and fuzzy comments does not get my refund. Never again

I was having issues with the package delivery so I contacted customer service and was so fortunate to correspond with Nikki.
