Lukalula – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Two dresses ordered. One is gorgeous, like in the pictures on the website. The second one is too short and therefore not suitable for shootings. Service replied in one day and refunded 30% of the price. I cannot understand the bad reviews. I will definitely order again

I purchased a maternity gown for my maternity photoshoot off lukalula.com, then read so many horrible reviews and a horruble youtube lukalula haul try on/review … i was instantly worried i would have a horrible experience as well but they surprised me and i had a great experience… i did email them after reading so many bad reviews and expressed my concern to them and how i would not cancel my order but would give them a chance and hoped they would come through and i would receive it in time as well as receive what i ordered and that it looked like the picture they have posted and it DID it is great it fits me and i love it… and it came pretty fast it i got it 10 days after i ordered it and i am in manitoba canada , not sure if this company ships out of china? But im pleased with how fast i got it considering all bad reviews said it took months… also they did respond within 24hrs to my email which i was pleased with as well. So i guess some have horrible experiences and some are okay its just a risk you have to decide if your willing to take and see how it plays out!

I had quite some luck with this company. Ordered 7 items worth around $400. First they sent an email checking if I actually ordered this as it seems suspicious. So I confirmed it and someone actually replied saying they will process the order and it will take 10-15 days to arrive. Exactly 15 days later I just received 6 out of 7 items. 2 of them are average quality but not too bad and 4 of them are actually really nice. After I made the order my husband sent me a link to this trustpilot reviews page and I was so sad I thought I got I'd got scammed $400. I'm still quite shocked that these clothes arrived, still gotta chase the 1 remaining item tho.

I feel like this company gets a bad rep but I actually had a good experience. I ordered a white lace dress for my baby shower. I got a confirmation email, an email when it shipped and an email when it delivered. I got it 11 days after I purchased it. The dress looks exactly like the photo and it fits great. I have no complaints and the dress looks great 😊
