I had a trip booked to Miami but everything got shut down because of the coronavirus. I tried a couple of times to get a refund but got nowhere. So I just gave up. But surprisingly after a year I woke up this morning with an email stating I got a refund back to my credit card from them. Even thou their customer service sucks. They made good on my refund that I never expected after a year

Love vacations was easy to navigate and also has amazing prices. I just booked a week stay for 2 in Playa Del Carmen Mexico at The Fives Beach Resort and can't wait till our trip arrives!!

We visited the first time this year in July where our main reason was to ride our side by side and then have a place to stay near by. We were very pleasantly surprised and loved our stay! We stayed in a suite and they are very roomie, clean and well stocked! Ours had a mini kitchenette which had we known we would have been a little more prepared with more food that we could have prepared. We ate dinner as well as breakfast and they were both good. Great service and staff very aware of being respectful to the Covid issue at hand. We are headed back this weekend for what we know will be another great weekend!
