I made a custom order with Lovbe and couldn't be more happy with my experience. I requested to have the loose stone sent to me so that I can take a look at it before mounting it on. They didn't hesitate and took care of the shipping charges. The staff was accommodating and made sure my ring was made exactly the way I wanted. The diamond is absolutely gorgeous.
