Extraordinary customer service! The team at London Theater Direct helped me sort out a mistake I may when purchasing tickets for a show. The team, led by James, was so patient, understanding and helpful. They helped me solve my issue, get me the tickets on the right night and in the right area I wanted (I had previously booked a show in error), and did so as a refleciton of their commitment to customer service. I recommend everyone with ticketing needs in London to use London Theater Direct. The team there is phenomenal and truly understands customer service. They turned a potential huge mistake into an excellent experience for me and my family. I cannot recommend them more highly!!

Had to change dates due to train strikes. Was easy to arrange and they were quick to process. Frustrating to have to pay £50 admin fee given the cost of the tickets already, but didn’t have a choice as cant risk not being able to get in to London on the day with no trains or tubes running when you’re travelling from hours away.
