Great products. I am very pleased with the bath mat and the 6 piece towel set, as well as the and the sheets I ordered separately. The sheets are the wrong color for my bedroom scheme, and I hesitate to order a different set. My only concern is I've started the process to request a return label, but have not gotten an answer. There are no instructions on the website as to how to do return though there is a 60-day free trial. I will try to call the North Carolina-based phone number again, and continue to email as well as send another request through their chat option.

I absolutely love the Asheville collection of rugs. Nothing else compares! My only slight complaint would be trying to get the two sizes in the same color when I want it. Also, the colors on the website don’t really match reality. I might suggest you post multiple pictures from different angles and maybe even brighter and dimmer light!

This bathroom room is very luxurious and soft. This is the first Organic Bath Rug I have purchased and I am glad I got this one from GRUND.
