If there's one thing I had to choose where LiveChat really stands out from other providers I've worked with, it would, hands down, be their customer service. The LiveChat support team isn't staffed with random folks hired onto an account to gather info and pass it on to others who can actually help. The people you talk with are LiveChat employees who understand the ins and outs of their product and how it works. They have a ton of knowledge that helps skyrocket one-touch resolutions, which I greatly appreciate. Since creating our account around 10 months ago, I've spoken with the support team numerous times, and everyone I have ever talked with has been extremely pleasant to work with while trying to solve some issue or another. One thing that always makes me laugh is customer service platform companies who choose to either staff their support team with agents who barely know the product or choose not to even put their product on their own website to support their customers. It becomes obvious that the company is only out to get your subscription fees and doesn't have the end users in mind. LiveChat and its support team have completely refreshed my view of customer service platforms providing a meaningful customer service/support experience.
