I go to liberty often, I love the selection and the customer service but there's one individual who really made an impact for me. Jay at aveda, my hair is soooooo much more healthier now. She took the time and effort to explain everything in detail and really take care of me. Even though I felt embarrassed she made me feel super comfortable. Thank you so much! I have subscribed to beauty drop service monthly since its launch. However I recently changed address and my quarterly box was delivered to old address in error. I contacted the customer service team as soon as i discovered and they swiftly updated my details in their own records to ensure issue was not repeated. Furthermore they despatched another box which I received the next day. Many thanks from a happy repeat customer.
