Leaving on vacation in a week, last minute order placed for a larger suitcase to match a set I already have. called and asked if I placed order today would I get it within a week? said I would. luggage came thru as promised in a shorter time than I expected!! VERY PLEASED!! great customer service!! would definitely recommend this company!!

I am so impressed with the customer service at Lexington Luggage. This, in itself, will keep me coming back! We bought a large rolling duffel, on the recommendation of a friend, and the handle snapped on our second use. 4 days before Christmas!! We call LL and they found a replacement and sent it overnight to us, no charge! It’s nice to work with a company that stands by its product. We are so grateful.

I found the item I wanted and at a better price than other places. The process was easy and efficient. I have already received my confirmation and delivery info. I will be coming back for more items and recommend Lexington Luggage!
