Deux bonnes expériences avec le support technique de Lenovo. Une première fois, j'ai fait la mise à jour du Bios à partir de Lenovo Vantage, l'ordinateur a cessé de fonctionné. Il s'allumait avec un écran noir (même placé sous un écran externe). J'ai contacté Lenovo par mail, ils ont pris en charge cela (garantie simple). Aucun euros déboursé. A partir de leur site web, vous pouvez suivre l'évolution de la réparation. Malgré les lons délais annoncés, ils ont réparé l'ordinateur moins de deux jours après réception. La deuxième situation, c'est l'écran de l'ordinateur qui s'éteint d'un coup et plus rien. Quand je branche l'ordinateur à un écran externe, ça s'affiche. Problème d'écran donc, je les ai contacté et même procédure: réparation sans frais. Par contre, le service de livraison utilisé UPS, est très médiocre, ce qui peut rallonger les délais de récupération de votre ordinateur après réparation.

I'm kind of shocked at all of the hate on this topic. I have had way more issues with HP laptops than Lenovo. In fact, over the last eight or nine years I have bought nothing but Lenovo laptops for myself and my kids and I have not had a single problem with any of them. Right now I have a Lenovo Yoga, which I have had for 2.5 years and this little thing is a true workhorse. I definitely put it throught its paces, and while once in a while it gets a little freaked out because I have two large monitors hooked up through HDMI, and about 50 tabs open in Chrome ... but 90% of the time it performs just fine under those conditions. I am quite pleased with the laptops I have bought from Lenovo.

Ottimo e sempre affidabile, anche in azienda usano i loro laptop

Neuer Laptot wurde von Mittwoch auf Donnerstag in der Nacht online zusammengestellt und bestellt. Am Donnerstag genau eine Woche später war der Laptop um 9:00 Uhr morgens bei mir in Österreich. Alles genau wie bestellt. SUPER! Nicht nervös machen von den negativen Lieferbewertungen hier.

J'ai commandé mon IdeaPad 16 Gen 5 le 1 Aout, recu le 10 Aout comme prévu. Embalage niquel, l'ordinateur fonctionne a merveille. Finition parfaite. Ce que j'ai aimé chez Lenovo, c'est la possiblitée de configurer l'ordinateur. Personnellement je l'ai commandé sans Windows préinstalé, ce qui ma fait économiser 100€ Avec ces 100€ économisés, j'ai sélectionné une plus grande batterie (75Wh, 13 d'autonomie sur Arch Linux) et un écran plus lumineux. Je modifireai mon avis si l'ordinateur a un problème trop tot.
