submitting a claim for my cat’s vaccines and a wellness exam was very easy. “jim” in the app asked a few questions, i uploaded my invoice, and it was approved within a few hours and the money was already in my bank account the next day. i thought it was a little odd that they needed ssn with the bank info, but i had to freeze my credit recently anyway for something unrelated so whatever i guess. social security will probably be dismantled soon anyway.
