LEGOLAND Holidays – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Unless you’re pushing the boat out and staying at a legoland hotel (which we’ve done previously) then be extremely weary about booking a 3rd party hotel via legoland holidays. We used the legoland holidays to book park tickets and a hotel - we chose the “4 star Mercure Hotel” which was a short drive from legoland. However it was nowhere near 4 star. It was a shocking standard and the response from Legoland Holidays has been very disappointing. I emailed on 18th April, have chased on multiple times but as if 30th August - 4 months later, I’ve still had no response other than they’ll look into it. I’ve sent photos to evidence the poor standard of the rooms and hygiene but they're not interested. The core issue is they’re miss-selling hotels to unsuspecting guests. Market them at their real rating - don’t go selling a hotel as 4 star with that price tag when it’s blatantly a 2 star.
