Das Produkt war ein Geschenk. Leider ließ es sich nicht mit dem bestehenden Smarthome-System verbinden. Aber auch nicht mit der Ledvance-App selbst. Bei der Retouranfrage gab es jedoch eine Absage, weil die 14 Tage bereits verstrichen waren. Ach so, das Produkt selbst stank sehr stark nach Chemie. Weder gute Produkte noch akzeptabler Support. Dann lieber weiterhin Philips Hue.
Kaufte von Ledvance einige smarte Wifi Steckdosen und smarte Wifi LED-Bänder, ließen sich alle gut einbinden. Nach Router- und Handywechsel ohne Probs neu installiert, läuft über Alexa jeden Tag.
