The customer service team was fabulous. I had a time sensitive issue and they responding quickly and effectively - such a relief! We enjoy using the platform and really look forward to new upgrades - always something useful.

I experienced an urgent problem that required an urgent solution. It happened after working hours (in my timezone) and the issue was not a quick fix. While I was sleeping, they escalated the problem to their development team. In the end, everything was resolved the next day. Their customer support team is available 24 hours via email. Zoom calls need to be scheduled for important but less urgent matters. Urgent requests via email are prioritized, and all others have been answered to my satisfactory in a timely manner. I've worked with Leanrworlds for almost half a year now, and they are very patient and friendly. They are always taking my feedback into consideration for improving their platform.

Learnworlds are absolutely fantastsic... I'am about to bild my site and the support so far is unbelievable good and helpful.... PS The platform itself is also GREAT

I'm really impressed with Learnworlds. It really does have everything you need for an online course/s and community. It's very easy to set up, and also gives lots of ways to change up the look or function of each page too. Also, the support is really good because they actually go in to your school and screen shot exactly how to do whatever you've asked about, so it's not a generic support answer, it's very specific to your own needs.

We are so appreciative of how much the LearnWorlds team really listens and pays attention to their customers. This is particularly felt through their Support Squad team members (every single one!!) and our Customer Success Manager, Brett Hamilton. Every time we have asked for help from their Support Squad, we get clear, quick, kind support. If what we are asking about is a feature improvement or add-on, they actually follow-up and let you know when it has been added! And give you more information on how to implement it or customize it in our account when needed. With our Online Learning Center account, the level of support we receive from our Customer Success Manager is very generous, clear, and ongoing. I can't say I have seen this level of support in other tech companies beyond the initial start-up or launch period.
