High prices for low quality clothing. As another reviewer mentioned, return policy is unclear. You can only get store credit and the credit they give you will be significantly less than what you actually paid.

Subpar clothing and awful customer policies...WATCH OUT for companies like this. They try to use smoke and mirrors to trick you, but they will nickel and dime you for everything. They do not make return policies clear before check out and then refuse to offer refunds. They also require customers to pay for return shipping. All for clothes that are "meh" at best. You could say this is okay IF they made all these policies crystal clear ahead of time. But they do not.

I ordered several items on my first order and loved the quality. The sizing was accurate. My back ordered items shipped when they said they would. It took about 1 week for the items to ship and 2 weeks to receive. It's my new favorite site!
