I purchased a tube of the sunscreen, which I love using. It melts into my skin and doesn't leave a white cast. Can't fault the customer service - I had some questions about ingredients due to my fussy skin, and they got back to me the following day with a detailed response. Five stars to Abi for having so much knowledge! Also love the ethical credentials of this brand. From what I've experienced on my first order, I'll definitely be ordering again x

Purchased x2 bottles of the mineral suncreens. One started to separate after a short time. Just opened the second bottle which is also separated. Kri has agreed to issue a refund for the second bottle.

For a small company they clearly don't care about their customers. I made a purchase and one on the products had a fault. I have contacted them via their chat and email, with no response. I have used their bakuchiol serum for many years. I think I'll look for other options, as customer service is important.

Ich habe schon mehrfach bestellt, die Ware kommt innerhalb einer Woche und das nach Österreich! Das ist toll, sehr zuverlässig, auch schnelle Antwort per Mail, sehr nett. Die Produkte sind toll! Super weiche Haut, vertrage alles sehr gut, keine Reizungen oder Pickel. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und empfehle diese Produkte in jedem Fall weiter!
