My wife and I flew business class from the UK to Brisbane return. Our transfers were seamless and we experienced no delays. On board, the staff were attentive and professional and made every effort to make us comfortable. Food, drinks and service were excellent. We were on KE901 May 21st. and Kim Sun Hye and the whole team deserve every credit for their hard work and unstinting service. Well done.

J'ai appelé KA pour voyager avec mon toutou jusqu'à Hawaï, j'ai eu l'adorable Kristina qui a pris tout son temps pour m'expliquer toutes les étapes de mon périple, l'idée de prendre un avion ou même un train me rend littéralement malade( d'où la présence nécessaire de mon toutou). Grâce à elle à ses conseils et sa gentillesse, j'ai presque hâte de prendre l'avion . Tout est facile et simple chez KA, tout est fait pour vous faciliter la vie et éloigner le stress.
