My partner used her lunch break today at work to collect a pair of shoes I ordered in store on Sunday for a collection Tuesday scheduled by a member of the team. Upon collection my partner got told the shoes weren’t available due to a miss communication between Leamington store and the Coventry store. They got sold yesterday after already placing my order on Sunday. I got offered a refund however I don’t believe this is quite enough in return. I’m really disappointed about this. It’s wasted my partners time today and my own time after a poorly organised transaction. Gutted to write this as I actually think the store is top quality , the staff are very welcoming. And I enjoyed my experience shopping on the Sunday.
