The cashier Chevy went beyond her job to make sure she gave a elderly couple great service she helped them with the everything she spoke so kind to them and when I was next I got the same great service need more like her very good customer service made my day
Strange I can't review a product on the app from an order I received. It was a small, glass candle,only it wasn't properly wrapped. Instead of the whole bubble wrap completely wrapped on this breakable item, no one taped the top or bottom and it was rolling about in the box when I received it. Disappointed.
I love Kohl's. It's a great store with great customer service. During the pandemic and even now, I often order items online for pick up in store. That way, I can use my coupons as well as earn a small amount of cash back on my purchases through Rakuten - bonus!
