Kogan Australia – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

On Wednesday 30th January 2019 I purchased an Air Fryer 10 Skewer Rotisserie Accessory Meat Vegetables Seafood Kebab 23cm for $29 from them so I can make Calamari in my Air Fryer. The staff were kind and thoughtful to me, the service was excellent and the delivery was quick.

I just want to say that Kogan Customer Service have been great. I purchased a pair or Apple Gen 3 AirPods and they were not to the specification I wanted, I got in touch with Kogan support and they sent me a new pair within days to use. Thankyou.

2 months waiting for refund and still nothing! Thugs!!! Update: As the seller was unable to resolve the case within a reasonable time, Kogan refunded my purchase. 🎉🎊

Order being N6GDWYE4 10" 1080 Touch screen Rear View Mirror Car Dash cam Reversing Recorder Camera . Tracking No 33HBJ5323747 arrived OK. Problem is Still Waiting on Delivery for 1x SanDisk 128GB Ultra microSDXC 100Mb/s Class 10 UHS-I SD Card Ordered at the same time. Recieved email on Tues 13 Dec 2022 to say both items on the way. (no tracking number was activated for micro card ) contacted Australia Post Ref 52979108 No Result Yet

Update: Kogan decided to refund out of goodwill. Kogan has good and prompt customer service. --- Terrible website with sneaky Kogan First Annual membership that I forgot to cancel, and ended up got charged for 79!? I thought it should be monthly and I can just cancel ?! Also I did cancel on 4 Jan 2023, but yet the transaction went through?? On top of this, I intended to purchase one item where it's unclear ane no explanation of items that are on sale for future. Thought I bought something in December 2022 only to know the item is for early sale for March 2023 shipment. Ridiculous. What type of sale is that??
