Kodak – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Achat d’une imprimante photo qui tombe en panne sous garantie. Le service client me renvoie une imprimante…qui ne fonctionne pas (on me demandait de changer la cartouche, j’ai donc acheté deux cartouches neuves…toujours la même erreur). J’ai donc recontacté le service client qui m’a indiqué qu’un seul remplacement était possible et qu’ils ne feraient rien de plus…désormais plus aucun retour malgré une garantie toujours valable. Aucun contact possible par téléphone. A fuir!!!!

Produce great printers never had an issue

We bought a second hand digital press from Kodak UK a few years ago, they assured us it was a bargain at £80,000, just over 18 month later they refused to support (service) the machine any longer, rendering our investment totally useless, in fact I sold it for scrap value of £400 whilst still owing £60,000 on it. They are like the Mafia to deal with, unapologetic, aggressive, not to be trusted. Will never ever use again obviously.

I use mini digital film & slide scanner. This scanner is great for hobbyists. At 14mp, tha scans won't look good larger than a 4x6 print, but it's all you need for a photo album or posting online.
