I contracted covid and could not take my flight. KLM kindly gave me a new ticket a few weeks later. The staff were courteous and my whole experience excellent. Thank you KLM.

Wij hadden woensdag 10 mei 8.15 uur een ontzettende fijne vlucht naar Barcelona. Alles verliep soepel en wat was er lief personeel. Om die reden neem ik even de tijd om een review te schrijven. Wegens mijn ziekte vond ik het heel spannend om weer te vliegen/op vakantie te gaan, zou dit weer goed gaan? Deze vrouwen zorgden ervoor dat het vliegen een feestje was! Ook zo lief en begripvol. Je voelde je meteen veilig en vertrouwd! Mijn complimenten!!!

We were travelling with Pets and KLM were outstanding and went above and beyond to help make it a smooth process from start to finish...both in HK and in Amsterdam. Truly appreciated. Onboard normal service was fine and crew were very helpful and friendly.

Ik kom af en toe op deze website om de huilberichten van tokkies te lezen. They make for great amusement. Na 100 jaar welvaart en mogelijkheden voor allen wandelen er kennelijk nog heel wat wereldvreemde stumperds in ons landje rond. KLM heeft heel wat betere service dan de competitie. Probeer voor de grap eens tegen de goedkoopste prijs United of British Airways te vliegen (business danwel economy). Leuk hoor, als het dan fout gaat.
