We’ve used KK day for a trip in Philippines. It’s a bit pricey but it was incredible! Could be more transparent with additional things you have to pay for during the trip and improve on options for veggie customers

Yesterday brought sentosa segway ticket waited next day still under processing , the services is poor and cannot contact customer service . I waited so long for confirmation or cancellation ,at last they did contact me back and refund me the amount. Appreciate

I was supposed to travel to Taiwan in April but everything was cancelled. I had booked a total 4 different one-day tours and pocket wifi with KKday. It was easy to cancel and I received my refund quickly. Customer service is quick to respond and staff are friendly and helpful. On a different trip, I was supposed to go to Japan in May but it was also cancelled. I had booked 2 pocket wifi's for me and my friend. We were still in time of the free-cancellation period. I cancelled the bookings then received an email later on saying I could get either a voucher which will include an extra 10% of the refund price, or a full refund which will take 90 working days. I picked the latter option and it took so long to get the refund, but it was successfully done. In the future, once things are safe again I would like to re-book some tours with KKday as they have a lot of variety and good prices.
