As a return customer in-store and online, I'm always excited to visit the Melbourne store or receive my items in the post. The Kittens go above and beyond to make you feel special and assist. When I have called head office for assistance, the Kittens are amazingly helpful, double checking and measuring shoes, tracking down much desired items and making sure everything is perfect! The presentation and packaging of every item is consistently perfect. The quality of the merchandise spot on every time.

Loved the VIK experience. Very patient Vanessa & Charlie helped me select the perfect outfits and accessories. Brought me different sizes as needed and gave great advice on why some styles suited more than others.

Very polite, helpful and Fantastic service at Chermside! I found the perfect pair of shoes and the ladies jumped on the phone to find me a different colour in my size. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Chermside.
