Made an order and the next day I went to check on it under my account on their website. I clicked on order history, and learned that for the entire year last year I was being charged $16.95 per month for a gift card service I knew nothing about. Regular customer service wouldn't do anything about it but said it won't happen again. They suggested that I call another number to rectify the charges. I get no answer when I call. I went online and learned that this was a very common occurrence. I will only use PayPal now, and will never shop at King Size again. I have shopped there for years, but will no longer do so.

Years ago this was a quality service to deal with, they have go drastically downhill really quick, they double charge you for your orders, it's a good thing I make decent money, because I had a rather large order and a person with a normal income would of been suffering financially, by the time it was taken care of, still waiting on them to release the money on the hold charge, 2 weeks later. Then they sent my purchase to the wrong address, so how I'm out a double charge of a significant amount and the product. So now I'm waiting on this affidavalt letter I need to sign and return everything through the mail, instead of online like they do everything else, just trying to slow down the process to they can screw me even more, I suggest stay far far far away from this place as possible.

Never buy from this place. I wear a 2xl from every company on the planet. Ordered 2 shirts size 2xl. The shirts were so long that they looked like I was wearing a dress as it fell below my knees! 50 dollars charged but they charge 10.99 to return. I will shop elsewhere.

I have used King Size Direct several times and I have had no trouble I am amazed at All the Troubles people seem to be having yes the order might have taken longer but no mistakes no trouble

I found this site while searching for navy and white flannel for my upcoming wedding. The shirts got sent on time and were pleased with the quality.
