KidKraft – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Trust me- pay extra to buy their products on amazon. This is one of the most terribly run businesses I’ve ever purchased from. They have no control of their products, they blame the customer, they have zero customer service and the products are terrible. Buy from anyone else.

They care about money and not their customers and provide horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service from this company. I bought a £2000 climbing frame and part of the slide broke after minimal use. I contacted the company 7 months ago via their replacement parts order form to ask if I could purchase a replacement part. I initially received a quick response saying they would place the order and be back in touch with me. Over the last 7 months I have contacted them repeatedly to try and get the part but have never received another response from them. Meanwhile, the slide cannot be used as it is unsafe and it seems impossible to buy the replacement part needed. I find it hard to believe that a company this size can completely ignore all communication.

Big shout out to Neil Forbes and everyone at the KidKraft Consumer Care, Europe, who pulled out all the stops and replaced one of the pieces from their Let’s Cook Wooden Play Kitchen (a telephone) that had got mislaid. In the big scheme of things, it wasn’t a huge deal, but this orange telephone was a vital component in the mind of a three-year old. I emailed KidKraft. Got an instant reply from Neil, saying he’d sort it out. True to his word, the piece arrived from Netherlands within 2 weeks. Sometimes we’re quick to write bad reviews, and slow to praise good customer service, so huge thanks to Neil for helping make a young girl very happy. It's little things like this that makes companies great and ensure repeat orders. You’ve got a lifetime customer here. 5 big stars to Kidcraft Consumer Care Team.
