Ich würde nie wieder eine andere Maschine kaufen als Kenwood. Im Septemer hatten wir Dorffest ich und meine 2Freundinen hatten den Auftrag Kartoffel zu Raspeln wir haben in 3Tagen 325 kg Kartoffen geraspelt keine andere Maschine hätte das geschafft ohne Problem einfach genial 👍

I am very satisfied with the purchase, despite the many negative reviews about the company, we were delivered on time and without damage. We chose a mixer model for a long time, choosing this one we did not fail. We have been using it for more than a year, mainly for creams and pastries.

Well I have tried many times to contact your number to give excellent feedback to a particular staff member before but I prefer over the phone. And couldn't find where to do this until now so may have forgotten his name. I've been in customer service for 30 years this lovely friendly man thinkbitvwas Michael was in Kenwood Chef spare parts hed been with Kenwood for about 30 years I think I have a very old Kenwood mix master love it. His product knowledge was OUTSTANDING. Everything was made so easy for me . He was so helpful explained to get the dearer beater would be better. He took the time for me to take photos to identify model. I honestly do not remember in my lifetime ever experiencing such lovely service thank you so much. I rate him 100 percent perfect. Here's a tip though. If I'm taking the time to write this feedback dont give the stupid response underneath "How to write a useful survey. Thats your job. If more people could write how they really feel you would get more real responses. Love love love Kenwood even more now thanks Colette

Purchased kenwood dual fuel oven KDGC 66Sl on 17th December 2021. Very quick delivery considering it was week before Christmas. Very nice oven the only downside oven door very stiff and disappointed that there is no low setting on the grill otherwise very happy with oven

I contacted customer services after a slight defect appeared on an attachment for my new Prospero Plus. The very polite rep was extremely helpful and promised a new part would be sent to me in 7-14 days. Amazingly it arrived the very next day! Fantastic service.
