Kavu – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I bought a £90 shirt from them, and after wearing it only twice, the pattern started threading off it. I emailed them to find out if they’d exchange it, and they didn’t even bother replying. I am very disappointed and will definitely never buy anything from them again.

Trying to contact customer service by phone, email and social media. No reply order mad on 7th of March and still saying UnForfilled. Do not trust

still waiting for news of my order placed on 28/02/2023. it says, on their website that "Orders placed by 3pm will be shipped Royal Mail tracked 48" but still no sign of it. No reply to my emails apart from automated emails telling me they should reply within 1 working day and phone operators don't answer. Is this another scam website?
