I have ordered two bags from them and they’ve always been great quality. They are just as they were described in the ad. I get tons of compliments on them.

I have bought 3 bags, and they are authentic Kate Spade, and they are gorgeous. From ordering to shipping I had my bags within a week. Came from kate Spade, enclosed with kate Spade plastic wrap. I could not be more delighted. I will say you do need to be careful of fake sites, but ladies this one is the real deal.

Kate Spade Surprise is Kate Spade's online Outlet store so the quality of the items, and the designs, are not the same as what we see in KS retail stores. However, the prints, colors, materials, etc. are still all good. Still very good quality. They usually run a lot of promotions and good sales, as well as some freebie items as well. I also watch their Live Events from different KS Outlet stores. But regardless of it being outlet or not, the items are still great. I normally buy here for items I don't find in the Philippines retail stores anyway. The prices are indeed way lower than how much the retail stores carry but again, we have to keep in mind these are outlet items. I still love each item. From this order, I got a few accessories, shoes and a coin purse. All cute and lovely all the same. I usually get all other fun stuff and designs from this store. Alternatively, for really great collection, I also buy from the retail stores.

I bought my new Dana slim wallet and matching Sadie Envelope crossbody a few weeks ago. I love the color and the size is perfect to throw a few things in hit the road. The sales associate at the Albert Mall are always so sweet and very helpful. I saw the crossbody in a ad and thought in going to stop and see if they have it. I had been at my aunts helping her and debated about stopping since was dressed in cleaning clothes. Stopped and was treated just like they usually do...kind and very helpful! I can't wait shop there again!!
