Amazing materials of the bags are stylish and practical

Buying from the karllagerfeldparis.com website is just a mess and a waste of time and money. I originally bought a bag a month ago, and out of the blue, I received an email that said it was canceled without an explanation. I then proceeded to repurchase the item. I requested via email if my order can receive expedited shipping due to the unexplained inconvenience and they were unable to meet my request. I then checked the order tracking portal to find that it says my order does not exist, even when I inputted the correct order id, email address, and billing zip code, multiple times. I then proceeded to create an account to perhaps see my orders. I go on my profile and orders and I see that there are orders from random people in California who purchased some items, and it showed information like their mailing address and minor card information. I am still unable to check the status and process of my order and I am highly concerned about this breach of privacy.

Don´t like ordering from Karl Lagerfeld Paris anymore since Karl Lagerfeld passed away. I feel their Style is going downhill more and more. Elegance is not what is was before. Instead urban kind of streetwear with logos and logos and logos all over! Who wants to wear clothes that are full of Logos of Karl Lagerfeld? That is the reason I am not ordering anymore. I used to order a lot and loved this site as long as Karl Lagerfeld did the designs, but sadly not anymore.

They sent me wrong item and they refused to replace it with correct one ,they needed me to return it on my charge with 6 dollars and if i need it to be deleivered fast to pay 35 dollars as a priority deleivery ,worst cutomer service kept me online for more that 45 minutes then they disconnected the chat

The worst return policy I have ever encountered. Why would any company in 2022, hold on to your funds for almost a month after receiving the item. I returned my item since Dec 22nd and still waiting on my refund. I called customer service and was informed they process return 10-14 business day after they received their product. That is almost a month after you have received your product. It doesn’t make sense. This is my first online encounter with this company and can’t believe the service. Also called customer service in regards to my refund and representative was rude.
