Purchased the karcher k4 approxmately four years ago, blasted everything outside the house, cars, patios, driveways, benches, anything that stood still long enough was blasted clean, Great machine, love it, using this is not a chore, it's simply amazing to watch the grime uplifted, by the way used the patio cleaner the other day, never been used since day one, what a cracking little tool,a great buy!!

My lovely Karcher Window vac (which I only use for cleaning the shower) developed a fault within the guaranteed period. Having contacted Karcher about it I was astonished at how superbly they dealt with my complaint. I received a replacement delivered on a day of my choice with no fuss or hassle. In these days of stress, filling in forms and waiting months for action Karcher has my admiration 100% for their excellent products and service.
