Bought a dress from the store. There was an issue with it so it was organised to be posted to me. Trainee learning the ropes accidentally messed up my address so the dress was returned to the post office. My issue begins here. I had no tracking so had to deal with the head office. I was offered a refund or resend. I asked for a resend. Weeks later there was nothing. I phoned. Suddenly they're sold out and have to give me a refund. What happened to the dress they sent me originally? What happened to the notification that I was due a refund? I was put through to a supervisor to do a refund and after some time the phone rang and then just disconnected. Guess what time it was? 17:23. Someone wanted to go home. Now I have to go through the whole debacle again. I never would have got the$100 back if I hadn't followed up. How many others has this happened to?

I was so hesitant to shop online based on reviews but I'm so glad I did! I now wished I purchased the other denim jacket at the same time because I paid for the delivery & the 50% discount on second item was a bonus. If Just Jeans had free delivery over a more reasonable spend I'd shop even more. Paying for delivery is what stops many purchases. Anyhow I ordered the amaze denim jacket. I would buy a size 12 based on size chart but evety time I follow a chart items are too big so this time went with my gut & got a 10AU. IT FIT PERFECT. THE COLOUR IS PERFECT & EXACTLY AS PICTURED.
